Meowcut Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Meowcut is provided by The Sky Bringup, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Meowcut mobile game.

2. Information collected by the app

Version 1.0 does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data through the app. It does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, social login, push notifications, or in-app purchase services.

3. Data stored on your device

Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this local game data. Meowcut does not provide an in-app cloud account or cross-device synchronization in version 1.0.

You can remove locally stored game data by deleting the app or clearing its storage through your device settings. Your operating system or app store may separately handle device backups under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Information you send to support

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, attachments, device model, operating-system version, and game version. We use it only to respond, investigate problems, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Please do not send passwords, payment information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes. We do not sell it or use it for targeted advertising.

5. App stores, devices, and website hosting

Apple, Google, your device manufacturer, your operating-system provider, and our website host may process information independently when you download, update, back up, review the app, or visit this website. Their processing is governed by their own policies. The Meowcut website does not use an advertising or product-analytics service.

6. Children

Meowcut is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal data. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.

7. Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures to protect support correspondence. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Support messages may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable law.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or our legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a future version adds ads, analytics, accounts, cloud saves, purchases, or other data handling, we will update this page and the app-store disclosures.
