Meowcut Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Meowcut, a mobile game provided by The Sky Bringup, LLC. By installing or using Meowcut, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Meowcut for private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it.

3. Acceptable use

You may not copy, sell, rent, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, bypass security, interfere with the game, use it to violate law, or exploit it commercially, except where applicable law expressly permits.

4. Accounts, connectivity, and local progress

Version 1.0 does not require a Meowfight account. Progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Core single-player play works offline after installation, but loading prices, purchasing, restoring Cat Club, and refreshing subscription status require an internet connection and your Apple or Google Play account. We do not promise that local progress can be recovered after deletion, device loss, storage clearing, operating-system changes, or other device events. Your device platform may separately provide backups.

5. Purchases, subscriptions, and virtual items

Meowcut offers optional fixed-quantity packs of 500 Cat Jade, 1,500 Cat Jade, and 50 Energy. Purchased Energy may exceed the natural Energy cap so paid value is not discarded. Meowcut also offers Cat Club Monthly, an auto-renewing monthly subscription that adds 20 to the Energy cap and increases Energy recovery speed by 20% while active.

Your app store displays the price and confirms the purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google Play account. Cat Club renews monthly unless you cancel it through that account's subscription settings before the next renewal. Store rules govern billing, cancellation, refunds, and taxes.

Active Cat Club access can be restored with the same store account. Consumed Cat Jade and Energy packs cannot be restored. Coins, jade, heroes, equipment, and other virtual items exist only inside the game. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable.

6. Ownership

Meowcut and its software, artwork, characters, audio, text, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to The Sky Bringup, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the game when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that it will work on every device or operating-system version.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Meowcut is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the same extent, The Sky Bringup, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the game. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination and changes

Your license ends if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using Meowcut at any time by deleting it. We may update these Terms when the game or applicable requirements change and will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
